 Information Services

Due to the nature of information-related services provided through our platform, refunds are generally not available. Once a service is accessed or delivered, it is considered final. However, if there are technical issues preventing you from accessing the service, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution.

 Digital Products

For digital products, such as e-books, downloadable content, or software:

  • No Refunds: All sales of digital products are final. Since the product is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available unless there was a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading the product.
  • Exceptional Cases: If you experience a problem accessing your digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will either assist with access or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Products

For physical products, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Eligible for Refunds: You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund. Once we verify the claim, you will be required to return the product in its original condition (with all packaging and labels) to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy

a. Return Eligibility for Physical Products

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 days of delivery. You may request a replacement or return the product for a refund.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is not as ordered, please notify us within 1 days. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Conditions for Returns: All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are returned damaged, without original packaging, or after the return window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 Return Process

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or send a replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For other reasons (e.g., if you simply changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Exchanges
